The Disciple of Mercy Journal is a timeless tool for meditating on God's Mercy through the use of reading Scripture (lectio divina), visual images of Sacred Art and a 12 week cycle of reflections.  Originally published for the Jubilee Year of Mercy: 2016, this journal is never out of date and does not follow a specific liturgical cycle of readings. 

Therefore it can be used on any day, any time of the year.
