Terms and Conditions

Your web order begins processing as soon as it's submitted and due to extra security in place to protect Credit Card information, in most cases we cannot change an order or recharge a Credit Card payment, so please be extra careful in reviewing your order as auto-fill browsers can do funny things. Replacements or refunds on incorrectly placed orders are not available.

Credit Card Handling

If you have logged into your website account and store a valid CC method payment in your account, then your CC is charged when your order ships.  All other CC orders (Guest and no stored payment) are charged when the order is submitted. So please be careful to double check your order before finalizing it.

Shipping and Handling

Most individual orders ship within two business days. Large School/Parish or bulk orders may take slightly longer. During peak periods we can experience an additional one or two day delay. 

Time to delivery depends largely on the shipping method you choose, with USPS Media Mail taking the most time, but usually being the least expensive. Please note we have no control over the USPS, but we do have in place systems to help expedite even USPS Media Mail.  Most orders ship with a tracking number that is emailed to you so that you can track your shipment. Note: Sometimes the USPS Media Mail method will not scan in your package until shortly before delivery.

Currently, the COVID-19 Pandemic continues to impact all carriers who are experiencing delays in deliveries. The US Postal service has been especially challenged and tracking information currently does not always reflect the real time status of your delivery.

If you need special shipping arrangements that are not provided on the website, please call your order in to 1-888-615-3186 during normal hours Mountain Time.  Do not place your order online and then call to adjust the shipping method.

Occasionally we run short of an item ordered. We will ship the balance of your order and notify you of the backordered item.
 
Please note that once a shipment is shown as "delivered" by your shipping company selection, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Return Policy

Since we are not in the used book sale business, items are not sold on approval and cannot be returned for credit or refund. Defective or damaged products can be replaced by calling 1-888-615-3186 during business hours Mountain Time.  Problems with an order must be noted within 30 days of receipt of product.

Digital Product Policy

Since digital products are available shortly after purchase to the customer, all e-book and downloadable audio purchases are final. Ebook downloads are available in epub and either mobi or prc formats.  The customer is responsible for reading and being aware of how digital downloads work before purchasing any Digital Products by reading over our downloading instructions.  Note: eBooks are provided in epub and either mobi or prc (Kindle) formats, but when using Kindle, you will need to download the ebook file and then send/import the ebook file to your Kindle account.
