    Wonderful

Posted by Grateful on Aug 14th 2024

This Bible feels good in hand. It is sturdy, and the shape and size make it easy to use day to day as well as enjoyable. Plenty of room to write and comfortable text size for the average joe. The page color (cream) may seem insignificant but actually lends to a very pleasant reading experience. This is the Word of God. I have no complaints.

    Love this new bible!

Posted by An Open Book Family on Nov 10th 2020

There's much to love about this bible. The translation, yes, but also the compact size, sturdy and attractive cover, the elastic band to keep it from flapping open, the durable maps, and the space to make notes, highlights, or, if you're more creative, decorate. This bible is my new, steady companion.

    a bit small....

Posted by fr jim on Oct 20th 2020

I was looking forward to the full Scripture RSV 2nd edition and the ability to journal, alas, the size of the text, the small lines and the smallness of the book is disappointing.......... St Jerome, Augustine, the MEN of the Church would be using a book large enough to write on........ this is not the book for men....... too bad, IP really had a good shot and making this an incredible instrument for consuming the Word of God and giving us a chance to note what moves us on our journey with that Word.
